Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can share your screen and explain how you do a task today, you have everything you need. We handle the setup and teach as we go.
Who can join the training sessions?
You and anyone on your team. Most clients bring the people who will use the tools day to day, so they learn alongside you.
What does the 24/7 support line cover?
Anything you get stuck on with Claude or with a tool we built together. Call or text any time and we'll help you get it working.
What does Claude itself cost?
Your Claude subscription is separate and billed to you directly by Anthropic. We'll help you pick the right plan during kickoff.
What if we need something bigger?
Custom connectors, integrations with other software and larger systems are quoted separately as a Claude Custom build. We'll tell you before any work starts.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Concierge is month to month and you can cancel anytime. You keep everything we built together.
Is Cherry Place AI part of Anthropic?
No. Cherry Place AI is an independent company that works with Claude. Claude is made by Anthropic.
