An agent owns one job from start to finish, like chasing unpaid invoices. It checks who is late, drafts a reminder in your tone, and flags anyone who needs a call from you. While it works, it can call in sub-agents: helpers that grab one piece, like pulling a client’s payment history, and hand it back.
A fleet is a standing team of agents. Each has its own job and hands its work to the next, on a schedule you set. Say you get 20 new leads. Overnight, one agent researches each company, one drafts a personal email, and one checks each draft against how you write. In the morning the drafts wait in your inbox for your OK.
A workflow is a fixed series of steps across your email, CRM, documents, and calendar that runs the same way every time. Some run on a timer, like a list of open deals every Monday morning. Others start when something happens, like a new lead filling out your form: it’s logged in your CRM and a reply is drafted. A person approves anything that matters.
A knowledge base is your how-to guides (SOPs), docs, past proposals, and FAQs, organized and connected to Claude. Claude answers from your information instead of guessing. A new hire asks how you price a rush job and gets your actual policy, with a link to the source document.
A context pack is a short set of files about your business: your offers, customers, templates, and the way you write. Claude reads it first, so every task starts from how you work, and the same pack works in ChatGPT and other AI tools too. Claude Skills turn a process you repeat, like writing a proposal, into steps Claude follows the same way every time.
Claude connects straight to the tools you already use: your CRM, calendar, email, and database. It can look up a client’s last order or put a meeting on your calendar without anyone copying and pasting. MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the open standard behind those connections.
We also build in ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, Gemini, and Grok Bot. Most of them have their own versions of these pieces, like custom GPTs in ChatGPT and Gems in Gemini. If one fits your team better, we build there, and your context pack works in all of them, so you’re never locked in.

We build it with Claude Code, Anthropic’s tool for writing software, on test copies of your data. We try it on examples of your real work before it goes live.
We switch it on, watch it closely in the first weeks, and train your team. Then we adjust it as we see how it handles real work.
