AI setup and launch · Our flagship program

From new accounts to a team that uses them.

The AI Launch Program combines setup, training, and follow-through. We choose the tools with you, configure them with your business context and templates, teach your team on their real work, and stay with you after launch while the habits form.

Who it’s for

For teams that want AI set up right the first time.

Teams new to AI

You’ve decided to adopt AI and want it set up properly, instead of everyone figuring it out alone.

Accounts nobody configured

You have subscriptions but no shared context, templates, or rules, so every person starts from a blank page.

Owners rolling out to staff

You already use AI yourself and want your team on the same setup, with your standards built in.

A first department

One team launches first, with a setup you can repeat for the next one.

You might be here if

  • You’re choosing between AI platforms and don’t want to guess.
  • People retype the same background about the business into every chat.
  • Outputs come back in the wrong format or the wrong tone.
  • You want training, but the tools need setting up first.
  • The last tool you rolled out faded after a few weeks.

Before, during, after

How a launch runs.

Three phases, in this order. The number of people, the timeline, and the follow-up period are set with you; the shape stays the same.

  1. Before

Pick the work, prepare the accounts

We find the tasks worth starting with and get every account and permission ready, so the first session is spent working.

    • Needs assessment with the people who’ll use it
    • Tool selection, with the reasons written down
    • Accounts, seats, and workspaces prepared
    • Starter tasks chosen for each role
  2. During

Configure the tools, practice on real work

We set up the tools with your business built in, then everyone practices on their own tasks while we help.

    • Business context, preferences, and tone configured
    • Output formats and templates for your common documents
    • First integrations and starter workflows
    • Hands-on exercises on each person’s work
  3. After

    Leave resources, follow up

Your team keeps a library to work from, and we stay on hand while the new habits settle in.

    • Reusable prompts, templates, and guides
    • Notes on everything we configured
    • Follow-up help for a defined period
    • A recommendation on what to add next

What you get

What’s set up and handed over.

  1. A tool recommendation

Which platform and plan fits your work, why, and what it will need from you.

  2. Configured accounts and workspaces

Seats, shared projects or workspaces, and permissions set up to match how your team is organized.

  3. Your business context, built in

A context pack with your offers, customers, preferences, tone, and output formats, loaded where your team works.

  4. Templates and starter workflows

Templates for your common documents and a few starter workflows, connected to the first tools that matter.

  5. A trained team

Hands-on sessions where each person practices on their own work until it runs.

  6. A resource library

Prompts, guides, and setup notes your team can return to, and new hires can start from.

Context packs are portable. If you change platforms later, your business context goes with you.

Launch Program or workshop?

When a workshop isn’t enough.

Workshops teach the tools you have. The Launch Program sets them up too, then follows through.

Examples

What a launch can look like.

Illustrative scenarios that show the kind of work involved. They are not client results.

IllustrativeA small marketing agency

Everyone on one setup

Before
A few people use personal AI accounts, and client details get pasted into whatever tool is open.
After
One business account with a shared project per client, a brand-voice context pack, and briefing templates. Staff learn on live client work during the launch.
IllustrativeAn accounting practice

Ready before busy season

Before
Engagement letters and client emails are rewritten from old files, by hand, every time.
After
Templates for engagement letters and client updates in the firm’s tone, plus a starter workflow for collecting documents. Follow-up catches issues as the season starts.
IllustrativeA regional distributor

One department first

Before
Leadership wants AI across the company and doesn’t know where to begin.
After
Customer service launches first, and its setup notes become the template for the next department.

FAQ

Common questions

How is the Launch Program different from a workshop?

A workshop teaches people to use tools they already have. The Launch Program also chooses and configures the tools, builds your business context and templates into them, sets up first integrations, and includes follow-up help after launch.

How long does a launch take?

It depends on how many people take part and how much we configure. We set the timeline with you before we start and put it in writing.

Which platforms can you launch?

We set up Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, Gemini, and Grok Bot. Choosing the one that fits is part of the first phase.

What does follow-up help include?

A defined period after launch when your team brings us questions and we adjust the setup. What it includes and how long it runs are agreed before we start.

Do we need our IT team involved?

If an IT team or administrator manages your accounts, we’ll need them for account setup and permissions. Smaller teams usually handle it directly with us.

What happens after the program?

Many teams carry on with the resource library we leave behind. Others add support, agents, or automation when they’re ready. There’s no required next step.
