Specialist · Business knowledge and SOP assistants
Answers from your own playbook.
Most of what your team needs is already written down somewhere: procedures, policies, templates, past proposals. We organize it and connect it to an assistant, so people get your answer, with its source, and the AI follows your process instead of inventing one.
Who it’s for
When the answer exists, and nobody can find it.
Growing teams
New hires ask the same questions, and the answers live in a few people’s heads.
Process-driven work
Service delivery, compliance steps, or operations that have to follow the procedure.
Document-heavy firms
Years of proposals, templates, and examples that could be reused.
Teams whose AI guesses
Your assistant answers confidently from general knowledge instead of from your policies.
- The same questions reach the same person every week.
- Procedures exist, and people follow their own version.
- Finding the right template takes longer than filling it in.
- Your AI gives answers that sound right and aren’t your policy.
What it looks like
Your answer, with the page it came from.
The assistant answers from your documents and points to the source, so people can check it and the procedure stays the authority.
A tenant is locked out after hours. What do we do?
Confirm the tenant’s identity against the lease record first. Then call the on-call locksmith from the approved vendor list, and log the call in the maintenance system before the end of the shift.

FAQ
Common questions
How is a knowledge base different from a context pack?
A context pack is the short version of your business that any AI tool reads first: your offers, customers, and voice. A knowledge base is the full library an assistant looks things up in: procedures, policies, templates, and past work. Most clients get both.
Will the assistant make things up?
It’s set up to answer from your documents, show its source, and say when the knowledge base doesn’t cover a question. We test it on real questions before launch. No AI is perfect, which is why every answer points to its source.
Can different people see different documents?
Yes, where the platform supports it. We set access so people only get answers from information they’re allowed to see.
What happens when a procedure changes?
The upkeep routine names who updates it. Once the document changes, the assistant answers from the new version.
Our documents are a mess. Is that a problem?
That’s the usual starting point. Organizing them is most of the work, and the result is useful to your team even without AI.
