AI training and workshops

AI training built on your real work.

Workshops, coaching, and guided practice for one person, a five-person shop, or a whole department. We teach with your tasks, your documents, and your tools, and help each person get it working before the session ends.

Who it’s for

For anyone who wants AI to do real work.

Small-business owners get the same attention as corporate teams. The difference is the format, not the effort.

Owners and individuals

You want to use AI well yourself before you ask anyone else to. Coaching on the work you do every day.

Local and small businesses

A few people wearing a lot of hats. Sessions that fit around the workday and focus on the tasks that eat your week.

Teams in larger organizations

A department that needs one shared way of working, with role-specific sessions and corporate training formats when you need them.

Executives and leaders

Private coaching on using AI for your own work and leading a team that uses it.

You might be here if

  • You pay for AI subscriptions, and only a few people use them.
  • People ask AI quick questions but don’t use it for the work that takes hours.
  • Everyone has their own method, and the results vary.
  • You sat through a webinar, and nobody changed how they work afterward.
  • You want your team ready before new tools or agents arrive.

Formats

Pick the format that fits the room.

Every format is hands-on. Most groups combine two: a workshop to start, then working sessions or coaching to make it stick.

  • In personRemote

    Workshops

A group session built around tasks the participants bring. We demonstrate, then everyone practices on their own work until it runs.

Good for: teams starting out together

  • In personRemote

    Whiteboard sessions

We map a workflow with the people who run it, step by step, then mark which steps AI should take on and which stay with a person.

Good for: leaders and teams deciding where AI fits

  • In personRemote

    One-on-one coaching

Private sessions on your own email, documents, research, and planning, paced to how you work.

Good for: owners, professionals, and anyone who learns best one on one

  • In personRemote

    Executive coaching

For leaders who want to use AI in their own work and set a clear direction for the people who report to them.

Good for: owners, partners, and executives

  • In personRemote

    Role-specific instruction

Separate tracks for sales, operations, finance, or client service, each one taught with that role’s real tasks.

Good for: teams where each role works differently

  • In personRemote

    Team working sessions

We sit with the team while they work, troubleshoot live, and help each person directly where they get stuck.

Good for: teams that know the basics and need help applying them

What you get

What each person leaves with.

Training ends when the work runs, not when the slides end.

  1. A working setup

Each participant’s own account set up for their work during the session, not a demo account.

  2. Prompts and instructions they wrote

Reusable prompts, project instructions, or skills built during the session, for their own tasks.

  3. Live answers to real problems

Troubleshooting on whatever people hit while they practice, with help from us one on one.

  4. Notes they can repeat

What we covered, the steps for each exercise, and links to anything we built, written so people can do it again alone.

  5. A recommendation for the lead

For the person who organized the training: what’s working, where people got stuck, and what to train next.

Workshop or Launch Program?

Teaching the tools, or setting them up too.

A workshop teaches people to use what they have. The AI Launch Program chooses and configures the tools as well, with training built in and help after launch.

Examples

What training can look like.

Illustrative scenarios that show the kind of work involved. They are not client results.

IllustrativeA home services company

Field staff and the front office

Before
The office manager writes every estimate follow-up by hand. Most of the field crew has never opened the AI tool the company pays for.
After
After a hands-on workshop, the office drafts follow-ups from a saved prompt in the company’s tone, and the crew dictates job notes that come back as clean summaries.
IllustrativeOne-on-one executive coaching

A partner who works late

Before
Research and first drafts happen at night, after client work is done.
After
The partner sets up a project with the firm’s templates, learns to hand off first drafts and research summaries, and reviews them in the morning.
IllustrativeA finance team in a larger company

One method for a whole department

Before
Each analyst uses AI differently, and managers can’t tell which output to trust.
After
Role-specific sessions give the analysts one shared method for commentary and data checks, with a review step their managers agreed on.

How it works

From first call to people using it.

  1. Intake

We learn who’s attending, which tools you use, and which tasks people want help with.

  2. Plan

We build the session around those tasks and send you the plan before we meet.

  3. Teach and practice

Short demonstrations, then hands-on practice on each person’s real work while we help one on one.

  4. Follow up

Notes and materials afterward, plus our recommendation on what to train next.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you train small businesses, or only large companies?

Both. Many of our sessions are for owners and teams of a few people. Larger organizations get the same hands-on approach, in formats that fit a corporate training schedule.

Can you train us in person?

Yes, in greater Boston and New England. Remote sessions work anywhere, and many groups mix the two.

Which AI tools do you teach?

We teach Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, Gemini, and Grok Bot. We teach the tools your team already has, or help you choose one first.

What do people need before the session?

An account on the tool we’re teaching and two or three real tasks they’d like help with. We send a short checklist beforehand.

How is a workshop different from the AI Launch Program?

A workshop teaches people to use tools they already have. The AI Launch Program also chooses and configures the tools, sets up first integrations and templates, and includes follow-up help after launch.

Do you offer ongoing coaching?

Yes. Claude Concierge is our monthly coaching plan for Claude. For other platforms, we can schedule recurring sessions.
